Benchmark Email has a free email marketing service that will allow users to send up to 10,000 emails per month for free...what's the catch?
Well, you can only build your list with the signup form they provide. That does not sound so bad, I need a form to collect that data already, so it seems to make sense that I should use their form to collect that data.
