Simulations - Yes!

Ever wonder exactly what the person is seeing on the other side of the phone? Well, without remote tools or a virtual machine with the same configuration as the client, it's very difficult. But not with the right tools!

I used this site back in 2005 as a technical support tool. When I left the company I was at, I could not remember the name of the site for the life of me! I recently found it again and it's better than ever!

Disable Install Updates And Shutdown Option In Windows 7/Vista

Ever get tired of having to install those updates on your laptop when you are trying to run out the door and you just want to shut it down NOW?

Well, there are a couple of ways around this, you can hit CTRL-ALT-DEL and shut it down using the little shutdown icon on the bottom right of the switch users screen, or you can edit the policy settings on the local machine to stop that option from taking over your shut down button in the start menu.

Below is a link to where that policy is located and how to disable it. Cheers!
